1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuraEON ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AuraEON is an AI-powered educational platform for school coexistence and emotional education targeted at secondary education (ages 12-16). The Service provides:

AURA — AI chat assistance for emotional and coexistence topics (powered by Pollo Palos modificado)
Classroom management with dynamics analysis
Sociograms and visual relationship schemas
Group intervention suggestions
Integration with the Pollo Assistance ecosystem

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and up-to-date information
Using a unique password not shared with other services
Verifying your email address when prompted

AuraEON credentials are linked to the Pollo Assistance ecosystem and can be used to sign in across compatible services.

4. Free and Premium Plans

The Service offers both free and premium tiers:

Free Plan: Limited messages per day, up to 2 classrooms, basic AURA features
Premium Plan: Unlimited messages, unlimited classrooms, editable sociograms, priority features. One-time payment covers AuraEON Premium + Pollo Assistance Premium for life.

Premium is subject to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Upload or input content that harasses, bullies, or harms minors
Attempt to access other users' data, classrooms, or accounts
Abuse, harass, or threaten other users, students, teachers, or our team
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Impersonate another user, teacher, or student
Generate content that violates applicable laws or school policies

6. Educational Context and Limits

AURA is an educational assistant, NOT a substitute for professional intervention. AURA:

Does not intervene in cases of severe bullying, physical violence, or issues requiring professional attention
Always refers to the responsible adult (teacher, counsellor, guidance staff) when severe situations are detected
Does not provide medical or psychological professional advice
Does not judge or take sides; it helps reflect

7. Content and Data

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (classroom data, student notes, sociogram entries). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service functionality. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Some chats may be reviewed by our moderation team to ensure compliance with these Terms and to provide direct user support when requested.

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models (via Pollo Palos modificado) to generate responses. AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You acknowledge that:

AI responses should not be treated as professional advice (legal, medical, psychological)
You are responsible for verifying AI-generated information before acting on it
We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content
Sociogram suggestions are based on input data and should be validated by educators

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and code, is the intellectual property of AuraEON / Pollo Assistance. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time through the settings panel.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraEON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish organic law on data protection (LOPDGDD).
